Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. This is a hybrid position with a mixture of work from home, at our Tampa office and in the field performing in-home sales quotes.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services

- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales and market share

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote our offerings

Skills:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

- Knowledge of technical sales or software industry is a plus

- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers

- Experience in warm calling techniques to engage prospects

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections and resolve issues

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
